Here we go...

I'm sure you hear it all the time..."blogging is so vain"...well maybe it's just me:) I'm not the biggest fan of blogging, just because I think-who really cares what your kids ate for dinner? NOT ME! But this is going to be different! I'm moving away, away from almost everything that I know, my family, friends, job, church...my life! I'm terrified but very excited all at the same time. I decided to do this for my friends and family. I want to keep them updated on what's going on. So here we go... ENJOY!

    I'm so proud of you Mary!
    Portland is great and offers so much. Many people are there already...Eric and Rene are in S.E., Beth's in Beaverton and of course your sis. Even though husband Eric is moving here, we ultimately plan to be closer to PDX.
    We visited Eric's church and it's worth checking out if you're looking :)
    I look forward to the chronicles of your journey and anticipate smiles along the way.

    my heart is bursting with excitement and pride for you my precious buzzy. it's also breaking a tiny bit at the thought of you leaving. I love seeing your car in the driveway when I come home. I love watching silly, time wasting shows with you. I love your hilarious sense of humor, you make us laugh hard. I love your sweet love for poopy. I hate when you scare me but I love to hear you laugh and fall on the floor when you "get me" good. Oh what will I do without you. Why you want to leave me? (said with a "my Big Fat Greek Wedding" whiny accent) I'm fine, I will be fine, I'm FINE, Just FINE. God is good and I know He'll take perfect care of you.
